Flamingo Cancun All Inclusive Hotel

The buffet options for breakfast and dinner were great, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. The towel service was efficient, allowing for multiple exchanges throughout the day. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable stay despite some noise and maintenance issues. The staff at the club and by the doors were friendly and provided helpful information, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.

Very nice room with a semi-private pool linked to the room. Restaurant overlooking the beach very nice with very good cuisine. Very nice beach but not very original (the weak point of Cancun).

We were charged extra for breakfast even though it had been pre-paid, but at the time we did not check. Paid parking: surprising for this type of establishment.

Beautiful hotel, very good location and perfect beach (they were in charge of keeping it clean every day, something we didn't see in the surrounding hotels), good food, good drink, it could get better, Carlos, Jose and especially Jaqueline excellent all the time, I recommend it especially for the price/quality ratio. It's nicer in person than what you see in photos or videos.

that the tip is what qualifies the attention to those who left in dollars or euros. they served them first class and even gave them better quality drinks and offered them meals that the rest did not know existed. obviously this happened especially with the older waiters and in some of the bars. the only thing.

The facilities are exceptionally clean. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with Smart TVs and a breathtaking view of the beach. The hotel provides amenities like a hairdryer, balcony, and daily bottles of water. Ice is available on every floor to cool down drinks.

The hotel offers very well air-conditioned rooms with nice heavy duvets, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The beach has pale beige sand and turquoise sea, providing a beautiful view. The pool area is nicely lit at night.

Our swim-up room was amazing, with a private pool and easy access to the main pool. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of loungers, umbrellas, and towels available. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options at the buffet and a la carte restaurants. We had a great time and can't wait to come back! a wonderful experience.

A little far from the center of Cancun, but can be done by bus for 12 pesos / person, breakfast a little expensive but a lot of choices.

The building is really very nice and has all the amenities. We were delighted with the private pool assigned to the room, which significantly increased the comfort of stay. The service was great until the incident that I will describe below. The food was tasty, the drinks were delicious. The idea that the rooms had names of art people, very interesting.

I would have rated the stay at 10, but unfortunately at the end of it we had a very unpleasant situation. We parked the car in the hotel car park, or in fact, we asked the staff to park the car for an additional fee. The next day we picked up the car with big paint stains (or sludge from the pool system) on the hood and window. We removed some of the dirt ourselves, but two of the stains were glowing in the car body. The staff helped to remove them, but did not want to take responsibility for the situation in case of claims from the rental company. We did not hear a word of apology. We lost more than an hour and got overwhelmed by a lot of stress. This is not the kind of service I expect from a 4* hotel, where the night costs over 700 PLN. An additional disadvantage is the question of payment. The hotel collects the payment itself, however, in the name of the operation there is a name of the company other than the name of the facility. This creates confusion.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect with beautiful beach access and plenty of lounge chairs right on the beach. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the service room service was excellent.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

The beautiful view of the sea in front of the Hotel. The security of the area, you can walk quietly at night. There is a bus stop a few steps from the hotel.

The wifi is not in the rooms or restaurants only in the lobby and not very good. The food is not very variable and there is no dessert.

Great beachfront location, convenient transportation options, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms with stunning sea views. The hotel is well-maintained and provides excellent service. The pools and beach are clean and ready for a relaxing day. Highly recommended for a memorable vacation.

No socket next to the bed, Wi-Fi practically non-existent in the room, Wi-Fi very good on the beach, at bars and restaurants.

VERY GOOD LOCATION, VERY GOOD AND COMPLETE BREAKFAST, FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEY SOLVED A PROBLEM WITH THE ENTRANCE.

I MADE WITH DAYS OF ANTICIPATION THE SEPARATION OF THE DATES SPECIFYING TWO BEDS, WHEN ARRIVING THEY INDICATE US THAT THE ROOM IS READY, BUT THE BELLHOP REALIZES THAT WE ARE TWO MEN WHO WILL OCCUPY THE PLACE AND HE WARNS US THAT THE ROOM ASSIGNED WAS OF A DOUBLE BED, I RETURN WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, TO WHICH I COMMENT HIM THAT AT LEAST HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME AND I MAKE THE CLAIM, BUT HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING MORE THAN TO PROGRAM ME, IT WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND IT BOTHERS THE SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE OF THE PERSONNEL THAT DAY. AND IN THE BEDROOM THERE WERE NOT ENOUGH PLUGS TO CONNECT APPLIANCES OR WATER BOTTLES.

The breakfast omelette station was fantastic and the view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. the cleaning service was prompt and thorough. the heated pools were a great feature, especially during the cooler evenings. Plus, the location was perfect, with all the bars within walking distance.

The service at the hotel was lacking. the staff had little urgency and it took a long time to get served, especially at the breakfast buffet.

I was impressed with the beautiful pools and the beachfront location of Flamingo Resort. The palm trees provided a perfect shade spot on the beach. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. The facilities in general were well-maintained and the WIFI in all spaces was a plus. I had a pleasant stay at Flamingo Resort.

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. The coffee in the hotel was not up to par, and the TV and WiFi did not work in my room.
